DVD workouts

Hi all. I am an in shape 26 year old female 5'9 135 lbs. I prefer at home DVD workouts 30-45 minutes in length. The issue I have been noticing with jillian michaels/Jackie Warner DVDs is that my butt and thighs are actually getting too big. Suggestions to slim down my thighs/rear in an equivalent amount of time? I typically workout 6 days a week. Thanks!!
