The reward for hard work is a healthy body. If you feel the need for a cheat day you need to change your relationship with food. Food should not be a reward. It is fuel. Having a piece of cake at a party etc is not a cheat day. Thats living life.

Same as every other day. Plan to have my scale and weigh my portions and eat in moderation. In fact we have a cook out at my house every week. I smoke a pork butt or some ribs. The key is tracking your portions and portion control. Have a fun 4th.

Never seen so many people proud to be starving yourself. Talking bout the same debunked 1950 study. Good job. You have a eating disorder you should be proud.
-
You should make your diary public so we can see what your diet consists of. Next do you weigh your food? There are 2 main reasons people don't lose weight. They either are not being honest about what they eat or they are mistakenly eating more calories than they think. I personally have issues with "cheat meals" I would…

I had no motive except to express my opinion. I don't care if my post helps anyone or not. I don't stand on a hill looking down on people. And I aint here to make people feel good. I see people desperate enough to inject a hormone in their body and eat 500 calories. That's anorexia. And I will call it such.

Frozen fruit. Grapes, strawberries, kiwi.

People who don't eat a balanced diet need multi vitamins. Maybe if you on some all grapefruit diet you need some supplements. All those JM supplements and "vitamins" are crap. I use Gods multi vitamin. Fresh fruits and vegetables.

Thats probably your issue. You must weigh your foods or you have no clue what your calorie intake is. Weight loss is simple math. I would weigh every peice of food. And I weigh my kids food too. They get servings. I don't restrict their calories but they understand portions. Weigh your food.
-
Please explain to me what vitamins you can't get through diet? Lol she must have some of your money.
-
Do you weigh your food?
-
Are you sure about how many calories you are eating? Do you have a digital food scale and weigh your food? Don't trust measuring cups or spoons. Try to weigh. Weight loss is math. And if your eating more calories than you think your deficit will be less and your loss slower. Do you track your sodium? To high sodium can…
-
The first thing you should do is make your diary public so we can see if it's something diet related. Like too high sodium.
-
Digital all the way. I love my little scale.
-
Yup. Move out. May not be that simple but that is the solution. Good Luck.
-
Do it. Ain't nothing wrong with it. I run/walk every morning.
-
It's all about WANT TO and PLANNING. If you really want to lose weight and eat healthy you will take the time to plan your meals. Structure you life so no matter the day you stay on track. Good luck.

Nice man. Great inspiration. I was always a athlete too. I let myself get away from me. I was close to 400 down to 297 now. I got down to 312 by just cutting out bad foods. Found this site and fixed my diet more and added exercise. Proper diet and exercise. Yes sir. Congrats man.

Do you track your sodium? Breads and cereals tend to have alot of sodium. Since you cut them out you probably are retaining less water. 1 slice of bread can have 3-5% of your daily alloted sodium. Some breads even more. When you add all that up and salt you might add to food it gets real easy to go over. We get 80% of our…

If your kids are inspiration to lose weight, as they ar for most if us, they should also be in your mind when you take risks to your health. Maybe you ain't thought about it but what if something happened to you? HCG and VLCD have been linked to serious health issues. My statement bout my kids not being worth the risk…

Michael Jackson was being medically supervised. That term means very little when talking bout fad diets in a billion+ weight loss industry. Not to mention one poster buys her HCG herself and admisters it herself. VLCD are only suggested for certain people in very rare cases. I doubt any one doing a hcg diet is doing one…

Thanks for making your diary public. Not too bad. You are over on your sodium some days. But thats not all of the story. Hows your potassium? They work together. So make sure you get your potassium. Also watch your table salt. Since many might not add it to their diary. Your doing great!! Don't get hung up on the scale.…

Its simple science. 500 calories a day is not even enough to run the avg adult brain. So the body is forced to eat lean tissue and fat. Result being rapid weight loss. And all the risks that come with it. I want to be thin but not bad enough to do serious harm to my body. I figured I have done enough harm eating junk for…

Oh ok. No my wife has had zero issues, It was suggested to her by her doctor. Def talk to your doctor. Good luck.
-
What horror stories? You got to stop listening to people and talk to your doctor. The IUD changed my wifes life. And that is not a understatement.
-
This is the one my wife has. http://www.paraguard.com/

IUD is awesome. MY wife has had one for 5 years now. The old ones were unsafe cause the cord would collect bacteria. That was in the 70's. They have changed drastically since than. She got it cause hormones were messing her up. She said it was the best decision she has ever made. You should def go talk to your ob/gyn about…

It would help if your diary was public so we can see what your eating. I would suspect those 4 pounds are from to much sodium. You will be shocked at how much a lil water weighs. And if you don't have enough potassium to match your sodium you will retain water. Lots of it. Which is why it would help to see what your eating.
