Stop looking at this as a diet. This is a lifestyle change. You should never stop tracking what you eat or exercising. I plan to do this till I die. It's simple math. Bmr and calories in vs calories out.

I have given up alcohol. I quit smoking couple years ago and decided to throw alcohol in this year. I might have a drink on a special occasion but the weekly social drinking is gone. To many calories that do me no good. Same as smoking did me no good.
