I'm 5'6 and 88kg and I burn around 250-350 depending if I 'up' my weights and remember to 'squeeze' lol :)

At first I thought it may have been something in my blender, but then when it happened with a different brand I guess it may be an ingredient...both times have been the chocolate one Have you tasted a sweet/candy called toxic waste? really really unbearably sour....tastes like that....I guess its from not mixng it too…

Who said I rely on protein shakes? I do stronglifts 5 x 5 and occasionally have a protein shake if I'm in a hurry, or for a snack Why am I even answering you? I'd rather waste my money on shakes than my time explaining my reasons to you

Tell me about it! Same 2lbs going on and off for AGES!! I've upped cals, dropped cals, ate exercise cals, not eaten exercise cals....and no inches off here either even though I'm doing SL..although I think my thighs are getting bigger! Love to hear the responses :)
