I've posted on your wall. You need to eat for the BMR you are at now to fuel your body....what sense is there in eating as if you have a lower BMR? You are then eating below your BMR!! Dangerous and silly! .....and I'd also say you are quite active too :)

Me too..I got fitted for structured Nike shoes as I overpronate, and I was advised to go up a size too.
