  • I get bad headaches too. But reading into them, I realized that my potassium intake is on the low end which can cause a headache and magnesium deficits cause headaches as well. So what I started to do is taking a multivitamin daily (includes magnesium) and a potassium supplement daily as well. My headaches have gone away.…
  • I LOVE ice cream too. Recently I found the brand "Skinny Cow". It's a low calorie, fat free (I believe) ice cream that is very tasty! I had one the other day that was 140 calories and it was a sandwich with vanilla ice cream between a chocolate brownie.
  • I make a salad consisiting of: baby spinich, raw walnuts, raspberries, chicken and balsamic vinagerette. This is my favorite lunch. I always bring veggies with me too.
