Hi I Love Vinegar, I think you are right - I was able to refer to a 36" waist because back in the days when I was young and fit that was my waist measurement :-) I am 6' 5" and with my build (not the current excess weight) etc a 32-34" waistline is never going to happen!!

A gizmo that takes from me egg shaped (am quite tall) to lean mean fighting machine status. I know the journey is supposed to be half the fun (and to be honest it hasn't been too bad so far), but nonetheless I want a quick fix and I want it now ;-)
