Hi, my problem is the latter I didn't receive the full category adjustment yesterday - it's not a biggie really, but on the other the tech should work reliably, not when it feels like it! :-)

Hmmmm, all the stuff I've seen recently is quite positive about caffeine - so for me are you you really sure? Plus, my progress to date is based upon lifestyle not diets etc, so my suggestion is to try and frame what you want in a way that allows you to manage your caffeine intake in a positive way, not cease it completely…

that bit about motivation, is exactly why I've found it difficult....but so many positive things have been said about the importance of recognising the progress made and the importance of looking good as you can, that I'll be taking action :-)

Thank you, whilst "the need to experience my self has been mentioned by some of the ladies at work, I was a little dubious - in part because of a fear that it would lead to loss of momentum - but reading it here and in the responses of some others is making me re-evaluate my doubt - ie the upside could be greater than than…

I love the idea of new to me clothes...thank you very much :-)
-
As a wearer of suits I guess that is/was part of the driver behind my query - but I am hearing enough to think that the upside of wearing better fitting clothes will help to make it worth it...
-
Wow - thank you everyone, for your suggestions and the congratulations it is really great to hear them :-) I am taking two big points from this: 1) thrift stores and sales are the way to go; and 2) needing to having "new to me" clothes is something to be proud of and something that I should use to motivate me - ie not just…

:-) I'll let you know how it works out - I appreciate it's not perfect, but at the moment I'm a big of the 80% of something halfways decent, rather than seeking a better/perfect solution, and the quest resulting in nothing getting done. Let's face it I've got the fat to lose, perhaps when I'm close and not quite getting…

I confess to agreeing with most in that I can't see where 45lbs are going to come from!!! A silly comment I know but don't forget muscle weighs more than fat, and that the the biggest single criticism of the BMI method is that it doesn't take account of the individual's muscle/fat ratio, ie well muscled people can have a…
