Jan 1st- 208.6 Jan 8th- 208.4 Jan 15th- 202.8 Jan 22nd- 200.8 Had a pretty great week about 98% OP ate 4 more oz of meat than I should have earlier in the week and had 16 peanut MnMs Saturday night...so on to another week 100% OP so ready to be out of the 200s!!

I agree ladies water is awesome n so key I drink about 6.6 liters of water a day about 28 cups have been since I started back in August well then I think I was at 3(64 oz bottles) So far so great down 7.8lbs so far for this month had and Off plan day a week and a half ago so glad to be back on track...got my bearings…

I love my boobs..nursed all 3 of my sons with them as this is what they r intendid for...lol...they were a 46 DDD and 66 lbs down they r bigger now a 40 H..haha weird thought they would go down with weightloss!! So what u r saying is as long as someone is creating a deficit of 3500 cals a week they can eat whatever....and they will still lose a lb a week...I think not;(

I totally get having a little something..but like 2 or 3 meals or even a day of crap?? u just destroyed all your hard work...wether your goal is to lose weight or eat healthy etc...it still seems pointless...when I go into maintenance I am looking forward to being able to eat a little n not gain but by no means will I burn…
