  • Cool beans so what do u do if u r only taking in 1000 cals a day...lol;) I'm already creating a deficit...with no exercise I usually lose .4-.6lbs a day...but I want to lose more...I'm 5'7.5 and currently 220.2lbs

  • Eat 6 times a day about 200-250 cal a meal that way your metabolism will speed up and your body won't be hungry...eat every 2-3 hrs as well...and go to bed 2-3 hrs after u finish your last meal;) Also drink half your body weight n water;)
