Whose says 3 liters is too much...r u a doctor NO and mine says 6 liters is not too much also my Nutritionist...I'm not dead nor have I been in the hospital ever...water flushes get my friend used to barely drink 8 cups a day she how'd it to 3 liters and now she is dropping and more regularly....
-
I would increase your water I drink 6 liters a day...so maybe half your body weight in ounces daily and no u won't get sick n die or flush out any essentials..I've been doing it 19 weeks tomorrow and am monitored by my doctor and I am alive well n healthy Leo eat every 2-3 hrs 6 times a day...see if that helps;)
-
I eat 1200 cals a day and I workout everyday for 30 min on my Abdoer Twist which I do the extreme workout DVD and I burn 500+ cals everyday...my first day on was Wed and Thur I weighed n lost 1.6lbs and from yesterday to this Friday morning I have lost 5.2lbs I was on Medifast prior since Aug 20th and lost 52/53 lbs...but…

-
Well I was on Medifast for 18 weeks and closely monitored by my doctor I lost 53 lbs and never had savvy skin and lost an avg of 3-5 lbs a week and so I want to stay close to that even though I'm off Medifast ...I was healthy even on Medifast because more than calories I was also getting a surplus of vitamins and minerals…
-
Thanks I am currently looking at that now ;) Have u tried the Olivia method? how has it worked for u on avg what is your loss per week?
-

I haven't worked out for a few days and finally saw a move in the scale and have lost substantially everyday that I haven't worked out 1lb everyday since Monday except for today...so idk...I used to burn like 500 cal working out n I worked out for 3 weeks and only lost about 4 lbs in 3 weeks so for me I was like I still…
-
Medifast needs an app I would probably use it more...but yep I've logged on like 4 times n almost 4 months
-
The only way to drink too much would be chugging gallons back to back...I have chugged 2 liters back to back to hurry n finish my intake before bed and got light heeded n felt like I was preggo with a water baby...definetly don't recommend doing that your body will let u know when u have had enough...listen to it;)
-
This is what the Registered Nutritionist told me when I called you can drink how much ever you want when u start throwing up water and becoming dizzy and sick and have to be hospitalized then u have gone too far...I drink 6 liters a day and have been for the past 2 months..the first 2 months on my diet I drank 128 oz when…

Irresponsible if I was a doctor..LOL u r in fact taken advice from reg people;-)
-
Of course aim for 7-8 hrs but if u only get 5 it won't kill u ...u have to use your own brain n do what's best for u...sometimes I can get by on 5 hrs of sleep and I'm just as energetic as when I get 7/8 so its all individual...
-
Women need 5-6 hrs...so if u get 5 u r fine...
-
Has she seen a doctor maybe she should try that first or seeing a nutritionist MFP is not a substitute for docs/nutritionist..
-
Eat 6 times a day every 2 hrs n drink half your body weight in water...I do this and I'm rarely hungry and I only take in 1000 cals a day..I'm on Medifast....so I'm sure u eat way more cals than me..but that works;)
-
To add I have successfully lost 50.6 lbs in 17 weeks and 2 days and I did have slips along the way but even on those days where I wanted to give in to just eating whatever I learned that that's not healthy!!! U can't eat like that wether on Medifast or not and workout and expect to lose weight....no matter what u do give…
-
I have been Medifast since August 20,2011 and have tried 6 week body makeover, weightwatchers, and trying to do it on my own but was never committed!! So it was my fault. With Medifast I have found a way that for me is more strict and I like it!! I also read Dr. A's Habits of Health which has taught me so far why we need…
