  • Not only the low calories but the skipping of lunch is not a good think.... I believe the recommendation is that you should be eating every 3-4 hours.... so bfast - snack - lunch - snack - dinner..... don't wreck your motabolism by consuming tooo frew calories too often
  • I like the fact that i can see the weekly average so if i have a bad day then i can make up for it... or a meal out.... and then there is always bringing down the net calories with added exercise.... lots of extra walking of my housemates dog has made it easier.... having no children means picking up a sport can help as…
