  • I've been having the same problem, so decided that I would remove the junk food from my reach, we still have it in the flat because my bf still eats it, but its all on the top shelves! lol!
  • Chicken and sweetcorn/noodle soup Stock Chicken breast (tiny dice/mince) Sweetcorn Noodles (optional) Cook the raw chicken breast in the stock then add sweetcorn/noodles or anything else you fancy, thicken with a little corn flour and enjoy.
