I'm about to take the RD exam...but really, if you want solid answers I'd go see someone in person, rather than on a forum.

Juice fasts can be healthy if done right, but any more than 10 days or so is pointless and can start to get unhealthy. I generally recommend between 5-8 days. The first 2-3 you usually feel like crap, and then you start getting the energy and feeling well.

The sodium is killer, but it's a good option if fast food is your only option.

I don't trust them, I never will. I got one this year because of the line of work I'm in...but as soon as I'm out of here (within a year or so...) I will NEVER get one again.

Real eggs. Whole foods are always better than "fake" ones.

No. I've found that if I give myself a break, I won't get back on it. I probably won't pay much attention to logging because honestly, I'm not cooking and I won't have a clue what's in most of the food. I'll track for the purpose of knowing what I consumed, and I'll pay attention to portion size....but I'm not going to…
