I feel ya dude. I’ve been tracking macros for a year. I’ve learned that I have no problem hitting my carbohydrates each day, the protein is a much bigger struggle than I thought it would be. I like protein, till I found out nuts don’t really count.

I just got one a few days ago. I linked it to my MFP account and Fitbit keeps sending calorie adjustments to MFP so that it looks like I have worked out. Just a normal day to day stuff that adds up to close to 10,000 steps added 350 calories to my allowance making it look like I can eat more...... trying to ignore that…

I'm 5'2" and should weigh 130 (top of the range) but my body loves 155- always has since I was a teenager. If I manage to get under that, I don't stay under for very long.
