Cheese s not a white food and I know first hand it is a calorie killer. Top those salads and veggies with some cheese. Eat a cheese stick for a snack.

Avocados, beans, hummus, pesto, stir fry your veggies and lean meat in olive oil. Its good for you but high in calories.

I am left wondering how you managed to put the weight on if you are having a hard time getting enough calories in to lose. What did you eat before you were dieting, try to add alittle bit of the fatty foods you were eatting before.

Thank you for asking that, I am not the only crazy one. It looks sauceless but it has a crust. The sauce is the least of high calories things on a pizza besides onions or peppers.

It would seem to me if calories burned are figured by the rate of speed your heart beats, then that would be what it is. If you take ,drugs that slow down your heart rate then you will not burn as many calories; the same way if you take drugs that speed it up will burn more calories. Some of you maybe having problems with your achillies tendon. Especially the one that heard the pop. I had surgery on mine a year ago last dec. Nothing to mess with, should get it checked out. Without your achillies tendon, you cannot walk.

No, you can't wear it on your arm. It has contacts that read your heart in your chest. It wouldn't work on your arm. The watch part goes on your wrist. The chest strap is very comfortable though, soft and not a bother at all.

Not a problem for me, I love it so much I think I could sip it from a straw.
