Ranking high on the calorie list... I love a good thick prime rib. Of course this is few and far between but it's delicious when it happens.

I actually have this on my pinterest and made it yesterday as is, without meat. I liked it but after programming it in, I found that it is way too high of calories for me to eat regularly. The roasted tomatoes make all the difference and toasting the pine nuts is also a really good idea.
