I tried these and substituted 100g of the margarine for a mixture of pureed courgette (zuchini) and canellini beans. They came out quite heavy and gooey - not sure if that would have happened anyway - but very tasty!

Wow, this is really interesting. I have often gone through phases of taking probiotics - often after a brush with antibiotics but haven't really ever got round to taking them long term.
