  • I also live in an apartment and on the 2nd story and I don't think you're as loud as you think you are. I know if I was being loud they would tell me! Is it possible to jump "softer"? Day 2 down and I feel great. I just wish I had time to do more than just the Shred, like maybe speed walking or some light jogging.…
  • I try soooooo hard to stay on top of it. I've been out of school and without a job since May 1st and on my butt doing nothing. Not to mention on the weekend my fiance and I just go, go, go and are never home so it's a lot of eating out on the weekends and definitely not exercising. I finally started a full time job today…
  • I'd like to join. I just started a new full time job today so I hope it helps since I'll be off my bum from now on! June 1st weight: 145 July 31st weight: In the 120s!
  • Count me in as part of June Shredders! I get up entirely too early to work out so I do it in the evening once the fiance has left for work. Good Luck to everyone! -Sarah P.S. Vans don't forget to add me to the list. Thanks!
  • This sounds absolutely delicious and much healthier compared to the Velveeta, which I love. I will definitely have to try this one. Thanks -Sarah
  • I think I will join too! You guys really have me pumped up. I've been doing it kinda...depending on time I would either do 30 day shred or Slim in 6, but I think it might be better to just stick to one. I'll restart my 30 day shred on June 1st as well so count me in! Do we know how many days a week we will be doing this?…
  • I don't know if this may help but a co-worker of mine had some of the same issues and went to her doctor and it ended up being her gallbladder. Once she went to see a surgeon he told her that her weight loss was the cause of her gallbladder going crazy.
  • All I've heard is cardio, cardio, cardio. I do cardio and have been eating right since beginning of the year but only started exercising recently and I have lost an inch or two but the belly bulge isn't melting off the way I was hoping. P.S. I'm also looking for answers...
  • I did. I graduated last night so naturally between last night and today family has been treating me to meals, but I let it slide. I'm celebrating and one weekend of eating bad isn't going to get me down. I didn't even worry about trying to look at the calories I just let every savory bite go down easy.
  • Those are good ideas. I can't even get good cooking ideas. I just suck at it. I guess I should have paid more attention when I was younger and still living with my parents. More ideas and recipes are welcome!:drinker:
  • I recently bought Skinny Cow Vanilla Ice Cream Sandwiches - No Sugar Added and they were delish! I honestly couldn't taste a difference. I happen to find that with a lot of sugar free items.
  • Chili's is a weakness for me. Every time before I go I look up and decided what healthy item I plan on eating well I get there and everything just always goes downhill. :ohwell: However, I think next time I will just let the hostess know I don't need a menu so I won't be tempted by those delicious southwestern eggrolls.…

  • tagging for ideas later.
  • tagging! :flowerforyou:
  • Congrats on the 5 pound loss! Actually I am doing Slim in 6 or Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred, depending on how much time I have in the evening and how I'm feeling. I like Slim in 6, she works every part of your body and its low impact for my knees which helps after being on my feet all day anyway. I've seen the P90X…
  • I can't say that I ever remembered really being anything other than heavy. I was healthy but not in a good way. I was always active, playing softball for 10 years but ate nothing but junk. When I hit puberty I grew and thinned out but was still heavy. I blame all the food I ate. I live in the south so when my mom cooked…
  • I hear a lot about sweet potatoes, but i've honestly never tried them. How does one go about cooking them? What do you season it with?
  • You look absolutely awesome. I hope to look like that soon! Congratulations!:drinker:
  • Thanks everyone! Y'all have definitely given me some awesome options. I'll keep you updated in what I decide to get. Thanks again!

  • thats exactly what i'm looking for. just anyone's typical day and what they consume. i'm low on ideas and not huge on fancy cooking so just trying to see what everyone else is eating
  • I know I'm not the first to ask this but for all of you that have been doing this a while...I'm wondering what a typical day is as far as meals go, including any snacks or desserts. I desperately need ideas cause I'm all out and I'm pretty sure frozen and canned meals are really bad because of the sodium content. Thanks in…
  • Wow. Those posts re-inspired me. Thanks a lot for whoever kept it going for those of us who didn't catch it before!
  • I'm looking for something new to start eating and I hear pitas are good. How do ya'll dress up your pitas and what kind do you use? Thanks!

  • i'm looking for some ideas of what to add to plain oatmeal to make it actually edible. what do you guys suggest/eat? thanks
  • I prefer Shape or Self, but usually have a subscription to Shape. Once I find an exercise I want to try or a article that I find inspiring I'll either tag it in the magazine or rip it and keep it around and read it from time to time.
  • I think I might have to try the Jillian Michaels 30 day shred. I've heard about it a few times before so I think with being less that $10, I can't beat that. Thanks for everyones help! However I still would like to hear more thoughts/advice/ideas!
  • I, personally, love the Lean Cuisine, but my only issue is usually the sodium. Since the night before I try to plan what I will eat the next day I usually make my lunch or supper, which ever one isn't the lean cuisine, a lower sodium one. Usually cereal with some fruit or something.
  • I've heard plenty of good things about P90x but at this point I can't really afford it. What I'm looking for is something fairly cheap and that would be easy on my knees and ankles. Thanks for the advice though! Anyone else have any ideas/advice?
  • Anything high in sugar. Haha. I have a huge salty tooth especially around that time of the month. Instead of eating chips and dip like I usually do, I now snack on Triscuits with a hint of salt and whipped cream cheese. It's very good.
