I'm really not full of excuses but I live in a nice apartment complex that has a gym. (See the problem?) I would have to come up to my apartment to change and take my dog out before I go. Just finished Level 1 Day 1 and it was much easier than I remembered. I'm guessing with all the other workouts I'm doing I have some stamina. I do find that when I'm having to be on the ground then stand up and vice versa I tend to feel a little lightheaded. Any one else have an issue with this?

I have to be at work for 6:00 every morning and depending on the day I'm either there til 2:30pm, typically Monday and Thursday or until 6:30pm usually Tuesday and Wednesday. A couple of days a week I'm in a kickboxing class for an hour. The class will either start at 7:15 or 7:45. When I'm not doing that I'll run around…

There's three levels to the 30DS. Each one harder than the one before it. It's circuit training and has 3 circuits of 6 minutes a piece. 3 minutes of cardio, 2 minutes of strength, and a minute of abs. At only 20 minutes a day it works you're butt off! Chiobani is the only one I've tried so far and it was awful. Haha. Guess I'll keep trying it with different mix ins until I find a way to tolerate it.

The Polar FT4...do you have to wear both the chest strap and watch at the same time for it to work or can you wear one without the other?
