Try investing in a Hear Rate Monitor. Some of them keep track of calories burned.

Yes. They are in the frozen section but I can never find them in WalMart. I always see them at Target next to waffles and such. Good luck!

Yes. I did. But I've always have had problems with my feet and it doesn't help that I'm on my feet for 10 hours a day.

I'm in...for the 12th time! :indifferent: But this time is going to be different! I just know it! I will be trying to do it before work, probably start about 4:30 in the morning :grumble: in hopes this keeps me energized for the day. Thanks for all the good ideas guys. I have thought of getting up earlier and exercising before work but I'm already up at 4:30 and I have to be at work for 6:00. I honestly don't see my self getting up at 3:30 in the morning. And walking on my half hour lunch break is a good idea but it's usually the only time I actually…

I'm in as well! I tried to start last week but after about 10 mins and being out of breath I quit (Shame on me!) and was sore for the next two days but as long as I have some support I should stick it out much better this time.

I like the pop tunes. Nothing like some Beyonce, Pink, or even some Black Eyed Peas to put a little extra pep in my step!

Count me in as well! Sadly I've been off the MFP circuit for quite sometime now and now is as good a time as any to start back up! Plus I think its finally a time for me to look sexy rather than scary for Halloween!

Personally the last thing I wanna do during T.O.M is exercise! But I too have heard that it helps with cramps and such.

When I wake up from my nap all I think about is going back to sleep. Haha. I live in an apartment which stinks cause I want to do some bike riding in the evening. And to attempt a brisk walk at 3 pm in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, I think its healthier for me to just stay inside in the A/C. LOL:laugh:

I have digital cable and in the On Demand menu they have free exercise videos. I don't think it's the entire video but it does give you a pretty good idea of how the video is and the effectiveness of it. Today I did one of the Biggest Loser videos and Bob kicked my butt.

All I do are exercise videos because I'm too cheap for a gym membership. However, I did a short little workout but it got me sweating! I'm starting to feel better already! Thanks for the ideas guys and more are welcome!!! Keep them coming!

Hey guys! I've kinda been slacking but I plan to jump back on the wagon. This weekend I was out of town so wasn't able to Shred it UP but I did swim a lot and do a bunch of outdoor activities which I hope helped. The only thing is in the process of doing the activities and swimming I got a really bad sunburn and it hurts…

You guys have really got me thinking. I have to be at work at 6 am every morning so for me to get in some exercising I would have to be up no later than 4:30...(i also do the 30 Day Shred so it's fairly quick)but i'm thinking if I did that I WOULD have more energy during the day and could possibly squeeze in some extra…

Last two days I haven't been able to Shred but hopefully I can do it when I get home from work. I tend to feel much better afterwards. Have a good shred day everyone! -Sarah

Unfortunately I had no time today! As soon as I left work I had to bring a friend to run errands and just got home. Even ate some Sonic so that only makes it worse. I feel like a huge cow right about now but I shall resume 30 Day Shred tomorrow. Good night all! -Sarah

Mine is not only late night eating but also doing great during the week but when the weekend comes it all goes down the toilet.:grumble:
