Just work out your calorie needs to lose weight and then make sure you're logging absolutely everything - all food and drink that you consume. Sometimes you could be snacking more than you realise and not admitting it to yourself, grabbing things from cafés when you're out and about etc! Make sure your diet is as healthy…

My left hip does this - it's as if the ball is moving out of the hip socket, right (but not as painful as that sounds)? It worries me a bit sometimes too!

I'm in if there's still room :)

22, go ahead!

I'm going to give up puddings! I've got into the bad habit of needing something sweet after my meals, going to take the opportunity to stop this haha

Mine at the moment is 60kg (about 132lbs) mainly because it's a nice round number - however if I still feel nice and round at that weight then I might try and lose a little bit more :)

22, trying to lose around 20 more lbs, anyone active on MFP feel free to add!

Add me too :)

The 7th looks really nice!

Cereal. I cannot stop - it's like my mind is screaming 'noooo!' while my arms open the cupboard, pour the cereal, add the milk...

If you're worried about developing too much of a taste for sweet things why don't you try not sweetening your coffee and tea, you might not like the taste at first but after a while you'll get to like the actual tastes of the drinks, rather than just the taste of sugar/sweetener, which is all you're tasting when you…

Thanks for posting this - just tagging for future reference. Anyone know the best ways of doing HIIT without a gym? Also, how hard is it to actually do HIIT - I always worry it's not going to be intensive enough and then I'm just going a lesser amount of normal cardio :/

I'm a student too and have the same problem - add me (anyone in the same position!) and maybe we can all encourage each other not to give in!

Congrats! And I never knew radio aided weight loss, maybe that's where I've been going wrong! *cranks up radio 4*

MILK The only time I use coffee 'creamer' is when I've run out of milk.... which is what goes in coffee... in the UK (and the rest of europe) we never use coffee creamer, it sounds so weird to me when people on here worry about eating it :)

I would buy frozen mixed vegetables for the week, and some frozen fish fillets ('alternative' types of fish like sole and pollock are cheaper - sainsbury's basics do a box of a few pollock fillets for £2), freeze those too. Have with rice or wholemeal bread, or sweet potatoes or something? My go-to supper for ages was…

That's very true - if this is where you're getting your readings from I'd ignore it! You probably do have enough iron if you eat a balanced and healthy diet... hardly any foods on here have iron content in them

Spinach, kale, eggs, wholemeal bread, beef

It's going to depend on the restaurant, the ingredients etc. Best thing to do if you want pad thai is to make it yourself so you know exactly what's gone in it, and then at restaurants choose a simpler option. *maybe a stir fry

Less of the numbers! :/

You look smaller, you can especially see it in the last set of pics. You're less tanned on day 10 which is going to make it a little harder to see the difference, but you do look like you have a bit more muscle tone :) keep going, remember diet and variety of exercise!

thanks people who voted - apparently it was against the competition's t+c to post it here, which wasn't made very clear, so yeah, haha

It's near the top, submitted 27th Jan

Thank you very much

Thanks for letting me know :) I put a picture of it in the main post!
