I am 4'10" currently at 133, looked great at 120, would like to be at 115. I think the highest I have been (non-pregnancy) was 148. I am muscular but pretty evenly proportioned at 34,29,39 currently. Since turning 40 (3 years ago) its been a struggle. Gained 12 pounds in 3 years. :mad:

Love this thread. The hardest part is losing the last 10-15! I hit 40 and a flip was switched! I am now 43 and can't lose an ounce to save my life! I am 4'10 and currently at 132 wth a goal of 120. I am more muscular, do not have tiny bone structure. So frustrated!

I will be 43 on Saturday and I quit smoking 10 years ago. The best part is YOU QUIT SMOKING!!! You can do this. You will feel so much better. I am still struggling with 10-15 vanity pounds, but feel free to add me, I can help keep you accountable.

Thanks to those that responded. Not sure how much more I can do. I am already exercising an hour per day. I have a full time job, a husband and 2 kids. I also have housework, etc to squeeze in. Glad I saw this. I am 4'10 and trying to lose 15 pounds. I net around 1100 and I am not losing a thing. I trying to eat between 1200-1400 per day and workout once or twice per day. I have been doing it off and on, but also read recently that intervals are better for fat loss. Last night I got on the treadmill and warmed up, then did 2 minutes of running and 1 minute of walking for 30 minutes. I was drenched in sweat and that one minute was enough recovery time to keep it going. I probably could have…

I was on week 5 last week and I agree, it was tough. I had to take 2 real quick breaks during the 20. Today I did not follow it, but ran for ten, walked for five, ran for another 10, ran for 5, then ran for another 5. It was kinda brutal, LOL.

In the same boat. I bought a treadmill and increased my workouts to twice per day instead of one, ate back my calories one week, did not eat them back the next, NOTHING!!

I did W4D1 yesterday, it was tough but I pushed through. I had to slow down my running for the last 2 minutes to finish but I did it. Feel free to add me.

I am 42 and getting older has really made my slow metabolism almost non existent!!! I stay around 1200=1350 calories per day and workout on average 5 days per week and I can't lose a darn ounce!!! If anyone has magic answers or just wants to motivate, PLEASE friend me! So over it! I am looking to lose 10-15 pounds.

I am working out 5-6 days per week. One three of those days, I work out twice per day. I eat some of my calories back in, but not all. I am going to keep trying!!!

I am 4'10 (really 4'9 and 3/4 according to doc). I currently weigh 129. The lowest I ever got was 117. I did not stay there long. My goal is 120. Started here in November and I am down about 7. Its a sloooooooooow process!!! Feel free to add me.
