Body Media Fit
Does anyone have any opinions on it? I have the FitBit zip but I feel like its really not ENOUGH information. Its basically just a pedometer, if I had to I could buy a much cheaper pedometer. I feel like the Body Media fit has a lot to offer. Is it worth the money?

If everday were like today...

I have 15-20 pounds to lose. I put in goal of 1 or 1-1/2 or 2 pounds to lose per week and it automatically defaulted to .5 per week? Why?
