I had an appt. with a personal trainer today and although I love how motivating she was..I can't afford to spend $60 per week for training. I am getting my cardio in morning and night at home on the treadmill. I have 30 minutes to use the gym at lunch. Where do I begin? Are the machines enough or do I need to do free weights? Do I work all body parts one day or alternate body parts. Help! I need to burn fat and lose 20 pounds.
