LOL. I guess cashews are ground down to milk. Whole30 does not allow for dairy, grains, or legumes. Only veggies, fruits, meats/seafood and healthy fats. I miss my greek yogurt and cheese and coffeemate creamer. So restrictive!

That's what worries me BBruhn. I will gain it all back. Life is too short too cut out everything! Its my daughters b-day this weekend and I might want cake! I also used Hellmans mayo today (1 tbsp.) instead of making my own (terrible right??). I think some of it borders on ridiculous

Yes, I am prone to panic attacks. Worst one I ever had was after running on the treadmill. I was running too fast and heart rate was way up and when I slowed down I was in a complete state of panic. I am 4'10 and its my hips, butt and thighs!! My mom is 5'1 and my dad is 5'6. My sisters however have complete opposite. My older sister has NO HIPS OR BOOTY at all but has a belly (small one since she is 107 lbs). My younger sister has a tiny waist and booty and thighs, no hips. I HATE my body

Oh please of course it is! I did one today in 41 minutes. I had to keep walking since there were so many hills. I think it depends a lot on the course (flat or hilly), and the weather. Our humidity was at almost 100% which made it very challenging.

Ok, so my BMR is 1323 and if I use sedentary since I have a desk job, that is 1587. So, if I deduct 500 to lose, than I have only 1000 per day? I typically net around 1200 on days that I exercise (which is most days) and I am not losing anything and I have gained 5 pounds in the last year.

This is from last week: 63,794 steps which is just over 9000 steps daily, 98 floors climbed, 26.44 miles traveled. Love the Fitbit.

I am in too. 43 and working out 4-5 days per week and counting calories daily...weight is NOT coming off and neither are inches. I am currently restarting C25K for a race in June, hoping the change in exercise will help.

Yes, 43 and 4'10.... very very hard to lose at this age! I have a full time job and 2 young kids so I can't spend hours in the gym. I do have a treadmill and some workout videos and try to walk or run on my lunch breaks. I would love to lose 20 pounds, but would settle for 15. Need motivation to stay on track!

I buy the healthy choice soups. They range between 90 and 130 calories with 1/2 the amount of sodium, thats what I am having for lunch today. :wink:
