I am a total witch if I dont exercise. I used to be prescribed Xanax and Paxil until I started working out regularly. I run or walk on my lunch breaks since I sit at a desk for 40 hours per week.

I wish!!! I am 4'10 and the lowest I ever got was 116. I am very muscular with a medium frame. Age is on your side. Are you trying to lose? Seems like you are a healthy weight.

Put me in the same category!!! I am shorter than ya'll at 4'10!!! I got down to 117 at WW 6 years ago but it was hard to stay that low. I sort of settled at 120. I am very muscular by nature.
