Definitely Greek. But be careful of yogurts. Plain yogurt with REAL fruit is the way to go. Fruit yogurts have lots of sugar!

I do that too....in those type quantities. I agree with the water...to help you digest it better and try to let it go. Tomorrow is a new day. I have often wondered the "why" of it and mostly, I just love food. Yes, stress causes me to be weak......but on days like you are describing, I just WANT it so bad. All of it. Drink…

I am with you on the regret thing. If you do it, ENJOY it. Just count it and try to make healthier choices later.

3000 to 5000 calories is easy- peasie! And I can still count that as being good. Ive eaten at two buffets in a day several times before. Or just with burgers and candy and beer and nuts and icecream. Really, not that hard to do. It makes it easier not to do while I am counting calories or just the task of logging it ALL in…

I'm totally with you. I can't stand it!! I'm trying to eliminate smileys and exclamation points on every sentence too. It has been pointed out to me that adults shouldn't use emoticons. I guess to each their own but I am trying to be taken seriously and spelling, grammar, and words count.

I totally understand....Im gonna be honest...Im probably not even going to try and regulate myself on Tday but Friday is a new day. And think about how after you eat so much, when you cut your calories again, at least the progress shows quickly...like in a day or two. You can do this!!!

BUT maybe that one on one will help because I was so sore for four days after my first class that I didnt go back for nine months. Just started back...with small weight so I can keep moving!! Sooo, 3 a…

Good for you!!

It takes some time for your meds to get out of your system...and when they do your body goes haywire. Be prepared to wait it out (painfully) if you arent going to continue them. I would suggest taking them though. At least, be sure to ask yourself why you arent? Or why you dont want to? And yes, talk to your doctor.…
