put the onion in the freezer for 20 minutes. it doesn't freeze it to a point where it's solid like a rock but does help

You still need the nutrition info to figure out the points so if you are eating out you would still need to go online. I've done WW and this site offers all the same things. If you don't have a phone to use the app just write it down until you get home.

I agree. I have a small yogurt or hard boiled egg a few hours after I wake up at 9 or 10 am. But breakfast is a waste of calories for me too. I tried eating a good breakfast with protein and was still just as hungry later in the day so I prefer to save those calories

I read the Body for Life book and found it very helpful for basc excercises with weights. He shows which excercise to do for each muscle, some are free weights and some are machine. It gave me a great starting point.

Same thing here. Definitely harder as we age. In addition to cardio I started using hand weights and excercising at least 3 times a week rotating upper and lower body excercises every other workout and that made a difference.

I do both. During the week I get up at 4:30 and am out of the house at 5:30 so all I have is a cup of coffee. I just cannot stomach more than coffee at that hour! At 8 am another cup of coffee and if hungry a low cal yogurt or slimfast bar or fruit. I drive a school bus and have to grab quick meals on short breaks. I find…
