IMO the poster used tact-but I'm not going to argue that point. I will say EVERYONE has a right to their opinion and to the seat they paid for. But evidently if the person next to us is over weight we're not supposed to say anything if they are impeding on 'our' space" which to me is BS I have this problem all the time,…

its NOT rude-its HONEST! Big difference.
-
IMO-if its bothering you this much, do something about it. Use this "fear of flying" to motivate you. this might not be the most popular answer here-but I'm not about blowing smoke up peoples *kitten*. Being honest.
-
seems pretty simple-change things up
-
being under in protein is never a good thing-IMO if your concerned about being over in fats, try being that much under the next few days. you always want to meet ALL your macros, or come as close as possible (within your calorie limits)
-
and spraying chemicals all over your body is so much better for you....

Do you think you can live on tuna, tofu and spinach for the rest of your life? I think not. You need to chose healthy foods that you like for sustainability. Otherwise, once you begin to eat "normal" again, you will gain all the weight you lost right back. Eat the foods you like-portion control. Weigh your food and eat at…

I didn't feel attacked at all.'I take care of me first. And simply don't post stupid **** about what other people do with their time. this was PURE entertainment for me! (the amount of stupidity I find on MFP only reassures my beliefs)
-
OP-looks like you have 15lbs to go so wouldn't you consider this a "pointless" post???
-
not a problem foe me-I do my workouts before I allow myself anything else! my priority comes first-no matter what! ME FIRST!
-
this is exactly why I have a "small" FR you need to be choosing people with the same goals, and possible the same weight loss goals. Same exercise habits etc. Be picky, and specific about what your needs are. I'd be happy to help, but I don't blow smoke up peoples *kitten*'s. .I will hold you 100% accountable.
-
completely incorrect. It depends on your weight, height and structure. Smaller/petite people require less calories just as smaller/petite people burn less calories than larger/heavier people. There's no ONE rule that fits everyone. There are many factors to consider.

I'm sorry but I'm calling BS! 1200 calories is too much? That is my goal, and though its not a lot of food, I make sure I hit ALL my macros, concentrating on my protein and fiber, the others fall into place. I'm not starving by any means, but too say that's too much is simply ridiculous. I'd like to see your diary. Unless…

I would not be able to sustain my running without carbs. True story. side note-I don't get why people are afraid of carbs. I eat the majority of mine early in the day, to FUEL my exercise. But honestly, fruit and veggies are carbs and I couldn't live without them. I just try to stay away from "Empty" carbs.
-
that said-its normal for us women to find the "bad" with our bodies. It just becomes unhealthy when you FOCUS on that. We are all different, some models, some not.......find the best YOU!

low sodium beef jerky!
-
true motivation comes from within-you either want it or you don't!
-
once I became "health conscience" it was easy to give up. The **** in fast food is disgusting. You can find ways to create your favorites at home-much healthier and way less calories.

this! I work at a Specialty Running Store. Shin splints can occur from a lot of different reasons-usually a beginners issue, but if your in the wrong shoes or old shoes, your risk is greater. Switching from a soft surface to a hard surface, too much distance too soon. A lot of different factors. Get fitted properly. And…

OP-so you made an effort to post this message but you can't send one with a FR? time well spent
-
agree 100%
-
far too low to live on? Is a ridiculous statement. Depending on someone's weight, height, and BMR 1200 calories CAN be sustainable. OP-I don't eat mine back but I also use the TDEE-20% method. So my exercise is factored into my daily allowance. I do agree with the HR suggestion, its a much more accurate way to gage your…

you should check out C25K-its a great program for beginning runners.
-
all things in moderation yes-junk food low in fat NO. I never said you can't enjoy ALL foods-but you suggested adding "junk food" which is the most ridiculous advice I have ever heard. We all know we have to occasionally "treat" ourselves so that we can maintain a specific lifestyle or "diet" but again, you suggested that…
-
did someone seriously say to add more "calorie dense foods like junk food"........? that's just ridiculous. "Junk" foods usually offer no nutritional value, worst advise EVER. OP can get extra calories in if need be by adding "Healthy" foods and good fats.
-
this is me too
-
eat when your hungry, don't when your not
-
I'm going to ignore all the jogging/running BS and just offer info that can actually help OP Runzi app - its a great tool to help you become an efficient runner. Coach25K is a great program for beginners best of luck to you
-
this sounds disgusting. And frankly I stay away from ANYTHING Dr. Oz promotes.
-
a great way to fit in exercise-while you are watching TV, at each commercial, get up and do jumping jacks, sit ups, lunges, squats-whatever you can!
