Peak Fit System
I am looking to change up my workout routine with some new fitness DVD's I am a huge fan of Jillian Michaels but getting a little bored since I have been using her workouts for over a year. Has anyone tried the Peak Fit System? The price seems very reasonable, but looking for some input by those that have used it.....

Dirty Girl....
Today I ran in the Marine Mud Run and it was so much fun! I am not a girl that like to get dirty-but it was a total blast! Crazy obstacle and marines yelling at you the entire way- blasting you with hoses! This was WAY outside my comfort zone and I am so happy I did it.

Bob Harper and The Skinny Rules
His new book is out today. Basically it suggests protein with every meal-one glass of water before every meal and 8-12 glasses per day-one day with no animal protein (to focus on fruits and veggies) and one "splurge" day a week. any thoughts?

Just lightening things up here...tired of the skinny girl bashing and cottage cheese complaints. So, I you were any food what would you be and why? I would be an artichoke. Takes some effort and work before you get the reward in the middle!

Don't trust your treadmill
Make sure you invest in a good heart monitor to record your calories burned I was very disappointed to find that my treadmill was lying to me! Even after programming it with my stats. Beware!
