For those out there that have a hard time drinking plain water, here is something for you.
Combine 2 liters water with a few fresh sliced ginger, 1/2 sliced cucumber, 1/2 sliced lemon and 12 fresh mint leaves. Let marinate overnight. This refreshing concoction will keep you hydrated and deflated with its soothing properties-Ginger calms the GI Tract, Mint eases indigestion, quiets the muscles of the intestinal tract and reduces water retention
Enjoy.
