I love the small reward for reaching goal idea! I think I am going to reward myself at the 10 lb loss goal by getting a pedicure! So far, my new walking/run routine is making my feet look beautiful! (NOT!) :tongue:

I decided I was putting more time and effort into thinking negative about myself and spending more time trying to avoid social situations than it would take to begin to eat right and exercise to look and feel better.

Count me in! I do like this site alot. It has helped me understan how many calories I truly eat and I am more motivated to exercise. Here's to good results and lots of support for all of us!

I dont drink soda (diet or regular) Enjoy what I eat - don't scarf... Never say never...but moderation in everything
