I love a bagel thin (100 calories) toasted with a half a cup of strawberries and 2 TB of lite cream cheese... the whole thing turns out to be around 150 calories, and it is filling and yummy!

I'm the same... I justify myself like.... "I had a rough day, I deserve it." This way of thinking is BAD. Instead, I try to say... I had a bad day...why make it worse by gaining a pound? Then I do something to take my mind off of it. Good luck! :wink:
