I do this too. My mindsset is very äll or nothing" like oh I ate acookie I might as well eat everything in sight and try again tomorrow!! I realize this is very disordered thinking and I'm trying hard to stop thinking that way

Oh and the reason I would like a meal plan is I have been trying paleo almost a week and I don't think I am getting the right ratios because I am always hungry or nauseous so I want an outline just until I get accustomed to the lifestyle

I like tuna,, and Ive never had haddock or talapia but I hate every other fish I've tried. and I've never tried fresh tuna, I've just had the canned stuff and even then I have to mix it with mayo to reduce the fishy taste. By the way has anyone made tuna salad with the paleo mayo recipe

Added: I can eat seafood like lobster/crab and shrimp. Just not a fish person. Salmon is literally the most disgusting thing in my eyes

couch 2 5k changed me completely. I could barely run for a minute and I got up to 10 minutes straight before winter hit. I will not winter run and I'm scared of treadmills. as soon as the snow melts I'll start again

Swimming is the most relaxing part of my workout. I do it after the elliptical and just do it in a relax fashion but I feel it streches my muscles

I only swim about ten minutes a day. not the best swimmer but I'm working on it.

I'm in the same boat as you. I have 1 good day as opposed to 3 or 4 bad days a week. My binges are ridiculous getting up to 3,000 calories or more. I can lose or gain 5 pounds in a week depending on binges and what not. My advice is make sure you are NEVER hungry. not even a little bit. Put a timer on and eat healthy…

FYI it was like 3 years ago that I worked at booster juice so maybe that was just a myth at the time that has since been disproved since I worked there.

Thanks to those who gave their opinions. I didn't think it made sense that's why I thought I'd ask as people who are trying to lose weight/gain fitness usually do lots of nutritional reading and I couldn't find much on google. I'm sorry that some people fought over it.
