Yeah i have been eating more than enough carbs and calories, trust me. Back in december, iwas not and i didnt really lose weight, then i started eating more, but still healthy and i lost weight but now i've been out of control. I am 5'4, should weigh about 125 (at least) and i weigh 146 on a bad day 141 on a good day

I do not have control over the junk that comes into the house, because my mom and others like things and they are not on as big of a "health kick" as me because they are not athletes :0

Thanks, my work out schedule is kind of confusing but do you have any motivational tips for working out harder?? And is it ok to do the same work outs over and over as long as i keep increasing the weight?

I am a pole vaulter which is why i want to be light. I practice pole vaulting 2-3 times a week, lift 2-3 times a week, when i lift i usually run a mile or two, and about 2 times a week i do sprint work outs. These workouts sometimes over lap in a day which is why it adds up to more than 7 days ;)
