I have th same problem I eat all organic fresh foods I eat a ton of veggies they are my fav food lean meats and I only ever drink water I work out 8hrs a week min both cadio and strength mixing it up and yet I can lose weight and my pants are still as tight as before I eat virtually no sugars and never add salt to anything…

I have it but I switch it up with zumba and jillian michaels for my at home workouts in addition to the workouts I do at the gym

My husband is not at all supportive. I like to eat healthy whole foods and loads of veggies, its what I like to eat. He does not like healthy foods at all and hates that I take time out in the day for me to workout. Its hard because the kids will eat healthy with me but he is just obnoxious. well you are making the effort which is great keep doing as many as you can and by day 100 im sure you will be able to do all 100. I do mine in sets of 10 throughout the day

I think it all depends on the persons face not weight at least for me I wear a moisturizer ascara and lipgloss but thats it 90% of the time I like it better and its easy with kids and my husband prefers me natural

if anything you can use this as motivation to prove him wrong and be a hot little thing he cant have! meet your goal you have done so well already stick it to him! use the anger and sadness to motivate yourself to keep going channel it to the treadmill

yes today is day 1 and we are going to do 100 squats each day for 100 days.....d you think you have what it takes to keep it going???? I have done mine for the day I do them in sets of 10 throughout the day. Its motivation time!!! WE CAN DO THIS!!!

I def agree with the not seeing results I have been working my *kitten* off and seemingly for nothing this week I even gained which makes it hard t stay motivated
