Great ideas for easy adds! How is everyone doing! I bought bananas for the week for breakfast fast as I'm getting the kids off to school. Lunch and dinner have been mainly vegetables love my bell peppers! And love adding fresh veggies to my eggs so yummy today I did chices spinach and tomatoes :)

I started using its works! wraps they are botanical wraps and my stretch marks are gone and my csection scar is hardly noticeable. They helped tighten and reduce cellulite I hated that extra sagging and the wraps and gel helped a ton

I do power walk or the elliptical and i love it but strength training really helped me start to lose I wasnt losing anything with cardio alone

I dont run at all lol I have a very large chest (34DDD) so it hurts to run try adding like 10-15min of strength in it worked wonders for me

wow i thought i was the only one who made literally everything from scratch at home and same here only water some black coffee and plain green tea so no water weight I have found that doing cardio doesnt help me much I started doing strength training and I have lost inches and slowly lbs

it really is harder to lose less! I just finished my 12 pt sessions that were included with my bac membership and I a trying to workout a way to purchase more hopefully with some ot $ it'll be possible the gym charges $24 per 30min or $38 per 60min session and I love my trainer I always get discourage when I don't lose weight but getting my measurements…

I am down 0bs despite working out 6 days a week and 2 of them with the trainer and eating healthy foods soooo frustrating!!!!! I set my goal at 1lb a week and thought it was possible but apparently not :(

lots of wate throughout the day, coffee can help (but drink a flavored coffe only 2-10cals instead of a high cal one and walking after you eat a larger meal

If you are hosting try to have healthy options so that you dont pig out on the junk food and make a plan for what you are going to eat or maybe plan 15 extra min of workouts each day this week to make up for it.
