  • Count me in, it seems I hit my set point and still have 10-15 more pounds to come off. I'm 5ft and 125 pounds.. still want to get in a more healthier fat % range

  • I believe in to do whatever works for you, I eat whole grain bread, even make my own whole wheat pizza dough, and also wheat pancakes.. if you are still losing, why cut them? Not everyone need to cut carbs, only the bad ones in moderation..just my two cetns

  • I've lost 78 pounds, so I think Im gonna stick with what worked, I am going to continue to log everything, however I have backed off the amounts/days of exercising. I felt that if I kept up at that pace, I'd continue to lose. However, if I do start to gain, back to what worked to get the weight off. I need accountablility…

  • I've had that problem, talked to my doctor apparently its because we are so used to seeing ourselves as bigger, but in reality we are smaller, it just takes a while for our brain to catch up with the weight loss and seeing it.. I still see myself as overweight even tho, now I'm not..
  • S for me ried everyhin.. eat more/eat less.. longer workouts.. but I've found that as long as I don't give up I'll ge tthere eventually..now, I've got the "it's a jounrey not a destination" attitude.. it didn't take me weeks to put the weight on, so I'm pretty sure its not going to take weeks for it to come back off.…
