I've been able to get out on a few of the nice days for short runs. And I don't mind running in the 30s but I don't enjoy it below that, I don't care for dealing with the slush either. I agree about the wind, too. For biking I'll wait for it to be warmer (50s?) but really looking forward to getting on the bike..

Looks like fun but I won't be back in running shape by then (repeating C2K5), thought about doing the 5K run/walk... Let me know how it goes! I assume they start in waves since trails are a bit narrow.

I walk the canal/ white river trail during my lunch sometimes but 10:30 is a bit too early for me to get away. We're probably on different parts of the canal, too. I make the loop behind NIFS and Zoo and back to New York ST. Maybe we could try to meet up when the weather is a bit nicer.

I go to the Pike Y, it's a small Y in an office park and pretty pricey since it isn't a full Y (but the same cost as other branches). It's the closest gym and has what I regularly need. Thanks for the info! I just upgraded to a smart phone (vs basic phone + ipod touch) so I've been trying to decide which app to go with to track runs now that I have GPS capability. I'll look into Runtastic :)

I love running in Eagle Creek Park, both road and trails. The main roads have a bike/run lane and drivers are (mostly) careful and aware on side roads. Trails are well maintained and have lots of small hills. (Just FYI, bikes are not allowed on trails in case someone is thinking of biking there)

Welcome, to you both! I'm looking to find my motivation again. It was fun and almost easy when I had 'momentum' but I've been struggling to get back on track. Love having MFP to help when I need it.

I had only been on MFP through mobile so I didn't check in for the challenges. Just did the 25 burpees - did some crunches earlier but didn't keep track - not close to 100 though, I'll do those tomorrow to catch up.
