for now, i think you should keep with the diet. mainly - if your 'fair skin' is at your lower half of the body [cos you're pear shaped] then try doing exercises like squats, lunges to burn off the fats there. though i wouldn't advise you to do those exercises too often, because they very often cause muscular thighs.

What if I eat lesser than my BMR 1302 calories for let's say, 3 - 4 days a week and for the remaining 3 - 4 days, I eat around 1400 + calories [not too much but not too little either]? Why do I not see the effects?
