Why don't I see results? Other body problems?
I'm trying to diet for a few months ... eating around 300 less calories than my BMR ... and I don't think I'm in starvation mode ... yet my weight still keeps increasing. Could it be an internal tumour or something?

Actually, I don't understand some things. Let's say my breakfast is a wholemeal slice - 63.5 calories, then a glass of water. Exercise, Fats & Muscles
I exercise three times a week by cross country running and constant exercises, but my lower arms are still flabby and my inner thighs are still fat [the fat prods out ugly]. I don't understand why this happens because my legs are muscular, but my thighs are fat. I also do push ups and sit ups but my arms are still flabby…
