Not quiet, just be aware of what u feel. though judging by your profile pic u don't need to do any thing really! honest. Don't fight your self, it always wins, try to understand it instead. That's hard in the beginning only.

i say don't distract your self for now instead binge more for the time being but "be conscious" about your feelings before, during and after the binge. after a while u will start to see a pattern emerge of your binging habit and most importantly you will start to understand what triggers your binge episodes. e.g: emotional…
