I have been trying to cut down my diary intake- I am a cheese lover! I am still eating greek yogurt (super food) and 2% cheese thought. I have cut back considerably and noticed a difference in my belly bloat. I have read that dairy can cause bloating.

Don't give up! This isn't easy.. if it was then everyone would be at their goal weight! Working out is awesome DON"T give it up!! Everyone has off weeks where they don't lose. Think... Are you retaining water? PMS time? Did you gain some muscle? Keep doing what you are doing you are on the RIGHT TRACK!!!

I don't want to become obsessed with the numbers on a scale. I am weighing myself once a month (the 1st of every month). This is something new for me. In the past I weighed myself weekly. I found I was becoming obsessed with every gain/loss/standstill.
