i also have an electric tea kettle and i LOVE it!! crockpots are fun. i also have a steamer which is cool when you use it but takes up a lot of space and is annoying to clean because of all the parts. love a george foreman grill too, but it's also a pain to clean.

i actually don't have a scale that i trust at home, but there is one at my gym so i weigh in (and record) every time i go to the gym. it keeps me honest :)

i will put hummus on basically anything. also, even the healthiest, whole-grainiest chips and salsa will be entirely gone in an hour...

i don't really use it for baking, but if you're looking for a good spread, land-o-lakes makes a "fresh buttery taste" spread that is absolutely adequate

lol i have my own version of the oatmeal challenge where whenever i'm hungry not around meal-time, i have a bowl of oatmeal. mostly just to train myself to not mindlessly snack so much hahaha i don't like oatmeal enough to eat it regularly but when i need to stop over-eating this helps if i do it for a few days.

i've lost a cup size and basically my entire butt so far. i've started doing squats to help get a little more in the back but as long as neither are completely gone i'm okay.

bbq only = pulled pork! i get so thrown off when i go to my relatives in new jersey and they say "tonight we're having barbecue" and it's hamburgers haha my favorite is anything drenched in vinegar, i guess i'm a carolina girl :)

i record every time i see a loss! i typically fluctuate up about a pound next time i weigh myself, but i like to see the "pounds lost" thing on here change. it motivates me a little more :)

i hate to be the debbie downer but i also need to vent! i felt TERRIBLE after today's workout!!! i'm using an old pair of sneakers because i can't find my running shoes and they really tear apart my knees/ankles :( also for some reason i got unusually sweaty. idk. hopefully next time will be better!

i took about a month-long break over christmas. i managed to still lose weight but after new years i got super worried that i wasn't keeping at a sensible calorie count so i started logging again.

stopped dancing, stopped playing softball started consoling most of my issues with food, i'd eat when i was bored too.

i love eggs! they fill me up and i oddly find myself craving them sometimes. i load mine with hot sauce :) i never was a big egg fan because they taste weird, but when i discovered i could shovel them down with hot sauce i kind of went crazy. haven't seen any difference in my progress ! go for them.

none of my clothes fit me right anymore! so they look really bad :\ but at least i know that i'm getting smaller!

my numerical goal is 140; it was going to be 130 but then i realized how quickly i was gaining muscle so i upped it a bit. but my real goal is just to wear a bikini! haha
