I work at a desk all day as well. I have to make myself get up and walk around our building outside. One time around our building is very close to .75 miles. I try to get at least 3 of those in a day. Another thing i do is i use the restroom at the furthest end of the building. I wear a pedometer. Though this doesnt really…

I used Phentermine. Lost a lot of weight, but lost alot of hair too. Would not ever do it again. Will try to manage my diet, and movement. Adding resistence training is also a big help if you are not doing. I purchased elastic bands, and really saw some changes in the way my clothes fit. Keep going, if youre doing more…

I like the frut on the bottom greek yogurts. They have approx 12-15 grams of protein in the 5.3 0z, and no fat. I like to spinkle a 1/4 cup of Nature's Own, Flax Plus Pumpkin Flax Granola. Realy statifying.
