lol I think to most of us the idea of no carbs is horrifying ;) i try to limit my carbs to like 155 g a day and it has been a pain in the *kitten*! Literally almost everything has carbs,even my plain yogurt! :sad:

Dude,how does one stay regular without the bulk of fiber? I would imagine you'd be seriously stopped up if you weren't eating at least fruits and vegetables. Not trying to be a smart *kitten* just genuinely curious!

I am on Week 5 and ending up doing Day 1 twice just because Day 3 scares the crap out of me. What a weenie,eh? ;) After reading all the responses,I am just going to suck it up and give it a go! :)

Sweet and light! I just make sure to have my daily calories added up for it and measure it out but I would love to be able to enjoy coffee black.

My son was in muay thai and the adult beginning classes were pretty intense...they'd leave dripping with sweat! You should check it out I think it's basically kick boxing since they'd wear boxing gloves.

Why are you only eating 1200 calories, maybe you could up your calories to only half a pound a week so that you have a higher caloric allowance. 14 lbs isn't too much to lose...so it may take a while but at least you wouldn't be suffering and then going overboard on the weekends or maybe even looking into zig zagging your…

dried beans/lentils fruits and veggies that are in season yogurts oatmeal these are all pretty cheap and are my staples since we are on a pretty strict food budget!

This is why I have pretty much given up on reading about weight loss strategies..some say to eat more then eat less or up your protein and the list goes on and on until I want to bang my head against a damn wall! :grumble:

The first workout was Denise Austin on the Lifestyle channel. She had two workouts that came on in the morning and after i had my son I lost most of my weight and got into exercising through her. I have never tried the express one but I have the old workouts and stepper and it kicks my butt everytime. They incorporate weights and loooooove squats and lunges. I love The Firm!
