Hi there,I don't have hashimotos but I do have an autoimmune condition called Interstitial Cystitis that causes bladder frequency/pain. I lost the bulk of my weight in 2014 but recently due to pain and not being able to work out as hard,I have gained ten lbs back. Feel free to add me! :)

I eat what I would say is mostly a clean eating diet or lots of veg/fruit and meats. I would imagine that the regimented clean eaters would approve of that sugar for sure. I still use the old school granulated sugar in my coffee. It's all in moderation, ya know? Good luck!

I just use the lightly active option on here and never enter any of my workouts but I do wear an hrm just to kind of guesstimate what exactly I am burning. :) But I am a total sedentary lazy butt besides my workouts.I have a polar ft4 and it works well for that!

Haha yeah...October has been one big *kitten* sugar fest so I am trying my best to be on my best behavior this month. I just want to feel better and when I eat like crap,I feel that way also. :s So,I am wanting to focus on my nutrition through the holidays. We'll see how that goes.

I just finshed Doctor Sleep,the beginning of the book was slightly disturbing if you are super sensitive like me but I really enjoyed the book! Have any of you read The Fever series by Karen Moning? That series gave me such a book hangover, I couldn't read any other series for a while! ????????

I'm trying to understand what you are saying but there are so many errors it is hard. Are you asking if you will gain 5 lbs because you had a cheat meal that was 1100 calories or your entire day was 1100 calories? Isn't toast meant to be buttered? :-o Just weigh out your portion and make sure your butter is soft so it spreads easier! I try to eat real food so stay far away from margarine. I say kick that ish to the curb and use buttah! :-)

I'm mostly doing bodyweight exercises (pullups,pushups) right now but have high hopes for lifting in the near future. :-) I eat about the same as well in the 1600ish range. Did you just get it pulled or you went through actual surgical removal? The healing time is vastly different. I had my lowers removed in February and they came out in pieces.
