I think calisthenics is a good one and maybe for her higher intensity ones you could do like plyometrics? :) I love her videos but I can't do them right now because of a bum knee,boo!:sad:

Well I basically just add my foods manually and then in the note section- in the food diary- I add my points. :) That is basically the only way you can really keep track of your points while using MFP, I think anyways!

Ewww,this totally happened to me when I had the brilliant idea of adding it to my a.m coffee. Effing disgusting! So now I just blend it with ice and vanilla whey...totally yummy. :)

In my experience it's just water weight! Usually the day after I am done with my monthly the extra weight is gone. I would say 211 is probably your 'real' weight. :)

You could also do the tide pools in Point Loma but it's way South of Oceanside but still kind of cool to see. There are the seals at the Children's Pool in La Jolla but parking can be a pain in the *kitten*, if you are patient then it's always cool to see and free! Balboa Park is massive and could give you a calorie burn…

I am not expert but I am having a hard time believing that 1500 is considered maintenance for you! That is only 200 calories above your bmr and should technically still be eating at a deficit.

I think capris and tank tops are you best option if you are really self conscious! Last time I ran in shorts I ended up chafing and it hurt really bad so the compression shorts under running shorts is an awesome idea. Happy trails! :)
