Nutella is yummy but addictive.....I'd stay away from it and just aim for good nut butters. I wouldn't call nutella a healthy choice...it's about 200 calories for 2 tbsp. and has a ton of sugar. But I luff it.

I agree,they got used to seeing yme workout and know not to bother me and sometimes my daughter will try to workout with me. :) But, usually does her own thing while I work out. I don't have an hrm but I do log my exercise here because it holds me accountable. I could care less how much it says I havr burned calorie wise. I just eant a log that shows me how many minutes of exercise I have done for the week. I eat about 1500 calories and tend to zig zag. I wish I could afford an hrm though.

At home :) I have a ton of different workout videos,weights and a treadmill so it works and is free! I wish I had a gym membership though.

I wish mine was only a week! My weight has stayed the same since I started working out and having a caloric deficit. I wouldn't worry about it though, could your time of month be coming on? that's usually my indicator that its coming!
